used in the pursuit of excellence by Doris Ulrich, owner and
Broker of Ulrich Professionals Realty in Cleona.
Born in Bethel and raised in Jonestown, Doris began her business experience in the small-town grocery store owned and operated by Pierce and Beulah Boltz, her mother and father. After graduating from high school, she went on to earn her bachelor's degree in education at Millersville State.
In 1980, Doris entered the field of real estate after completing courses at Harrisburg Institute of Real
Estate. Courses included investment, law, appraisal, comparative investment analysis and real estate finance. In September 1999, she received a certificate in recognition of completing courses in real-estate practice and ethics from the Graduate Realtor Institute. She also was named a certified code of ethics instructor in 1993. Doris also earned the prestigious Par Excellence Club of Pennsylvania Award. She was also nominated for the Athena Award by the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2002.
During the relatively short time she has been in the real-estate field, Doris has brought honor to her endeavors by qualifying as the top listing agent and top all-around agent on numerous occasions, with trophies, plaques, and letters attesting to her accomplishments adorning the walls and shelves of her home and office. Her total yearly sales have reached into the millions of dollars.
